This site is operated by SARL CPH.

It introduces Internet users to the Smartlodge brand and the hotels belonging to it, as well as hotel rates and services. Reservations can be made online.

The presentation of rates by SARL CPH constitutes an offer to contract. It is also possible to contact SARL CPH directly to obtain a customized offer.

SARL CPH makes every effort to ensure that the information published on this site is accurate and regularly updated. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors or delays in updating. Access to the site may also be temporarily suspended for technical reasons, without SARL CPH being held liable.

SARL CPH reserves the right to modify the content and functions of the site at any time, without prior notice, in order to improve its use or to update the information provided.

Partial or complete reproduction of the site, whether on paper or in digital form, is not authorized.

Liability

SARL CPH declines all responsibility for any malfunctions that may occur on the Site, resulting in loss of data or unavailability of access to the information contained therein.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation conditions

The right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code is not intended to apply to all accommodation services which must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period, in accordance with article L221-28 of the same code.

Consequently, booking cancellation procedures are exclusively subject to the provisions of this article mentioned below:

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE :

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions displayed on your screen.

At the time of booking, you may be offered two rates:

• A cancelable and refundable rate

In the event of non-cancellation before the specified deadline or failure to arrive at the hotel on the day of booking, the service will be fully due and non-refundable.

On the other hand, if the reservation is cancelled within the specified period, the advance payment will be refunded.

• A non-cancellable, non-refundable rate

If the rate chosen by the customer is non-cancellable and non-refundable, no refund of the amount advanced will be made in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show at the hotel.

OTHER CASES OF CANCELLATION

1. In the event of early departure or no-show on the day of booking, no refund will be made.
2. The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization of €250 on your credit card to guarantee the reservation. If the pre-authorization is refused, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice and without delay.
