What is Smartlodge?

Smartlodge is an independent hotel group with three establishments in Paris, Lyon and Courbevoie. We offer warm, functional, urban accommodation designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler, whether on business or pleasure.

Our philosophy is based on simple, sincere and effective hospitality. At Smartlodge, we believe that a good stay requires a warm welcome, well-designed spaces, and accessibility without compromising comfort. We put people at the heart of every experience.

Our hotels cater for a wide range of customers: business travelers, urban tourists, visiting families, students or groups. Thanks to our spacious rooms and tailored services, we’re here to support you, whatever the nature of your stay.

Well, not quite. Smartlodge is an independent group with a flexible, authentic approach to the hotel business. We manage each establishment with care and freedom, which enables us to stay close to our customers and adapt to their expectations, far from the rigid standards of the big chains.

We have three hotels in France:

  • Q7 Lodge in Lyon 7e, a stone’s throw from Gerland and close to the universities,
  • Lodge In in Paris 13th, in the heart of the booming Porte d’Ivry district,
  • 37 Lodge in Courbevoie, at the gateway to La Défense, ideal for business stays.

RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

Modification and cancellation conditions vary according to the reservation policies linked to the reservation channel used and the fare plan selected. We invite you to refer to the conditions of the fare plan selected.

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), both on-site and remotely.

You can book directly on each hotel’s website. Simply click on the “Book” button and choose the link to the Smartlodge hotel that suits your needs.

Yes, discount codes and special offers are available from time to time for bookings made directly on hotel websites.

At Lodge In Paris 13 and 37 Lodge Courbevoie Paris La Défense, check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 12am. At Q7 Lodge Lyon 7, check-in starts at 2pm and check-out is also before 12pm.

What types of rooms and apartments are available at Smartlodge hotels?

Our Smartlodge group hotels offer rooms and studios tailored to different target groups (business travelers, families, students, etc.).

  • Q7 LODGE LYON 7:

Standard Studios: Ideal for short stays, with fully-equipped kitchenette and desk area, and queen-size bed.

Studio Supérieur: Designed for longer stays, these apartments feature a king-size bed, sitting area, desk and fully-equipped kitchen.

Family Suite: Perfect for stays with friends or family, featuring a king-size bed and sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people.

Business Suite: Spacious, elegant and equipped with premium amenities, these suites are designed for guests looking for even greater comfort.

 

  • LODGE IN PARIS 13:

Standard Rooms: Simple and functional, suitable for short stays, with quality bedding and work space. Available in double or twin bed formats.

Quadruple Room: Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, with 4 single beds in an optimized space.

Suite Familiale: Ideal for up to 6 people, with multiple beds and a lounge area: 4 single beds (which can be twinned) and a 140x190cm sofa bed.

Business Suite: This premium suite has two sleeping areas, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. A Nespresso machine and safe complete the property.

 

  • 37 LODGE COURBEVOIE LA DÉFENSE :

Junior Lodge: Perfect for business stays, with queen-size bed, desk area and modern kitchenette. Available in double or twin beds.

Executive Lodge: More spacious studios for greater comfort.

Master Lodge: These studios are ideal for 3 people and feature one double and one single bed, plus a kitchenette.

Business Suites: Studios designed for 4 people, with a queen-size bed and sofa bed.

SERVICES AND BENEFITS

Do hotels offer a breakfast service? Is it included in the rate?

Each hotel offers a buffet breakfast service. We offer breakfast-inclusive rates, but it can also be booked on site.

We don’t have restaurants in the hotels, but we do offer fast food. A bar is available at the Q7 Lodge Lyon 7 hotel, offering its services from 4:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday, as well as a happy hour.

All hotels offer the same buffet-style breakfast (hot and cold), with a wide range of quality products, the majority of which are locally produced and French, with vegan and gluten-free options. Service hours are weekdays from 6:30am to 10:30am and weekends from 7am to 11am.

There are many different types of restaurants in the vicinity of hotels. In Lyon, for example, the “Commune” is a convivial “food court” offering a choice of meals from all over the world. In Courbevoie, we recommend “TOI”, an Italian restaurant with a good reputation. In Paris 13, we recommend “L’Hommage”, offering creative, contemporary dishes.
